Betty Huotari

Secretary

About Betty:

My name is Betty Huotari and I have worked with hundreds of Southeast Michigan residents to reclaim their homes, offices and give them time for the more important things in life. Logical Placement LLC is a full-service organizing company that has been in business since 2001! Many of us feel stress if our spaces are cluttered. I work side by side with my clients and we talk about organizing ideas and dig into the projects and find solutions.

I not only believe in the importance of education, but I have helped start and volunteer at our NAPO-Michigan Chapter since 2003 and have never left the NAPO Board. Currently I am serving as Chapter President.

Leslie Asman

Director of Business Partners

About Leslie:

I am an attorney with 20 years of experience, specializing in behavioral health and public assistance. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with individuals navigating complex systems, gaining deep insight into the intersection of mental health, organization, and daily functioning.

Beyond my legal expertise, I have always had a passion for organization—a passion born from personal experience. As a wife and mother to two sons, all four of us with ADHD, I understand firsthand the unique challenges that come with managing a home and life efficiently. Organization isn’t just a skill; it’s a necessity and a daily practice. I have spent years developing systems to help myself and my family thrive, leading me to a new professional calling: professional organizing.

With plans to transition into this field full-time, I bring not only personal experience but also extensive knowledge of behavioral health. I understand that chronic disorganization, ADHD-related struggles, and even hoarding can have deep-rooted emotional and psychological factors. I approach every individual with dignity, compassion, and a judgment-free attitude, creating customized solutions that promote success and peace of mind.

I am dedicated to helping others find clarity in their spaces, reduce stress, and create systems that work for their unique needs. Whether it's a busy family home, an overwhelmed professional, or someone struggling with long-term disorganization, I believe that organization is more than tidiness—it’s a pathway to freedom and efficiency.
