Working in the Construction industry as a VP of Finance for over 25 years I have always had a passion for small space organization and change.

During my time in Construction I worked within several states and the within the companies International Division overseas, I became pretty good and not only helping myself but colleagues to get organized before and after a move and selling our homes when needed.

While living in California I worked with some local realtors to stage home so they were ready for sale.
I have focused the past few years on the senior community and helping families to downsize their loved ones when moving into smaller spaces. I help them to decide what can go to the new home and space plan it with them as well.

Recently, I have acquired an Estate Sale Business so I am able to assist in selling the families treasured belongings when they are unable to take them with them to the new home.
