Leaving your Photo Legacy
Who Gets the Photos? Who Tells the Stories?
Speaker: Marianne Behler of Lifetime Photo Solutions

Through pictures and stories, Marianne Behler, of Lifetime Photo Solutions will introduce us to steps to take to create a family and business legacy of photos and stories. She will share the ways to create and leave a photo legacy including how to both create and access it. Marianne will also share examples of family and business photo history books. “The legacy of a photo collection and the stories preserved and celebrated becomes priceless to future generations, a business and even the community.
Marianne Behler started her business - Lifetime Photo Solutions - as a photo organizer in 2010. She supports clients as a photo organizer specializing in curating lifetime collections. She manages both Personal and Professional Photo Collections by organizing, digitizing and creating backup systems. She creates legacy photo books for families and businesses with a lifetime of photos and stories that will be shared for generations.
How to Organize for an Upcoming Renovation

Learn from Betty on what steps to take in order for your next renovation project to go smoothly or at least a little smoother. She will share with you a client’s renovation project that she managed last year. She will address:
Betty Huotari started Logical Placement LLC back in 2001. She has been actively involved and is a founding member of National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO) - Michigan Chapter. In Nov. 2016, she was one of Michigan’s first organizers to earn both her Residential and Workplace Productivity Specialist Certificate and then in June 2018, she completed her Life Transition Certification. She’s a frequent presenter to service organizations, community education programs, and women’s expos. Clients like how Betty maintains a delicate balance between being supportive but also keeping on task and helping them achieve their timely goals.

Leigh MacCready, Re-Nest LLC, has been re-nesting with clients since 2012. She likes helping her clients improve the look and function of their living spaces and specializes in helping older adults downsize and move. As a 2nd generation antiques dealer she was raised to repurpose. She believes that as your lifestyle changes your nest needs to change. In May she will have completed her 3rd term as NAPO Michigan Chapter President and is working at becoming a more conscientious consumer.

Shelly Shallcross, Professional Organizer and owner of We Heart Organizing, LLC, is passionate about organizing and enjoys using her skill set to help others. She works with clients to overcome organizing obstacles and find creative and functional solutions to store and access items in their homes and offices. Shelly leads with the intention to empower and educate clients to enjoy an easier and more fulfilling life through a properly executed and organized foundation. Prior to starting her company in 2017, Shelly worked for over 16 years in small business, primarily focused in operations, marketing and sales. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurial Business and Leadership from Oakland University. She is an active member of NAPO and serves the board in a marketing support role for SE MI.

As a very active NAPO-Michigan chapter member, she has been a board member for over 4 years and has earned her Residential Specialist and Workplace Specialist certificates from NAPO University. She specializes in working with seniors as residential clients, and small team projects for business clients.
